Hospitality Management Students Visit HACE HOTEL EXPO 2025
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Salwa El-Toukhy, Chairperson of the Board, and Prof. Dr. Hoda Sayed Latif, Dean of the Institute, the students of the Hospitality Management Department organized an educational visit to the HACE HOTEL EXPO 2025, held at the Egypt International Exhibitions Center in New Cairo.
This visit comes as part of a series of field trips organized by the department to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, aiming to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in line with the latest developments in the hospitality industry. The visit was supervised by Dr. Bassem Emara, Lecturer at the Department.
During the visit, students toured various exhibition halls and explored a wide range of companies specializing in hotel and restaurant equipment. They actively engaged with exhibitors, exchanged insights, and showed great enthusiasm for the culinary arts competitions held alongside the exhibition.
Following their tour of the Hotel Equipment Exhibition, the students also visited the “Turathna” Heritage Exhibition, held in Hall 4 under the supervision of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA). The students expressed their admiration and appreciation for the local handmade products and traditional crafts that reflect the richness of Egyptian heritage.
